Andy has a background in prehospital care and read Physiology and Pharmacology at Southampton University. He achieved the Diploma in Advanced Acute Emergency Care in 1998 and has taught life support skills extensively to a wide range of audiences from basic first aid to the public through to Ship's Captains Medical courses and resuscitation skills to medical professionals.
Andy leads the first aid training within the company, but also teaches Food Hygiene, Infection Control and Medication. In addition, he is an NVQ assessor and the company's Internal Verifier.
Jansen comes from a family well established within the care sector in the South East and has himself been involved as a carer and trainer for over 15 years. His lively style ensures students enjoy the course and retain the information.
Jansen teaches Moving and Handling, Health and Safety and Food Hygiene courses.
